Who we are

We are Graham & Kathy and have been dancing for over 20 years after starting in America whilst on holiday.

After returning home we sought out classes in the UK (very few in those days) and after a few weeks at a class in Bradford we managed to find a couple called John & Janette who to my mind were the finest instructors in the country at that time.

We trained with John & Janette and Graham moved into competition dancing becoming B.W.D.A British open champion / Grand champion in 1995/ 19964th in the I.L.D.A. finals in Wembley in 1997.as well as many local titles

By this time we had also started teaching classes and decided to give up competitive dancing to concentrate on the teaching side. Our first class was held at "Northcote" conservative club on 2nd Feb 1996 and we were hoping for around 15 people so we could pay for the room. 102 turned up and the rest is history.

We have since taught all over the world including Florida, California, Nevada. Vancouver Canada and with Robin Sin in Singapore were we were featured on TV when we participated in the Rag Doll charity link up. And now at the world famous "Billy Bobs" in Fort Worth TEXAS.

We hold classes atWhitcliffe Mount Sports Centre - Nr Cleckheaton on Tuesdays starting at 8.00pm until 10.30pm
